COVID-19 Additional Time Tracker

This form is for exempt employees to track additional hours worked related to COVID-19 activity. You will continue to use eCAPS program code "COVID" for normal 8 hour per day.

Hourly employees will continue to use eCAPS program code for all activities.

Task coordinator or designee is responsible for submitting this form.
